Terms of sale

The following general conditions of sale govern all the transactions made on the web catalog of SAHARA HOTEL. Any order placed on this website assumes the customer's unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.

1. Every signed agreement is valid for one year only.

2.The mentioned rates are net and not commissionable.

3.All reservations must be confirmed by letter, fax,or Email to the reservation department of the hotel Sahara, Bd Mohammed V, Agadir. Check-out time 01:00 p.m.

4.On receipt of reservations, Sahara Hotel will confirm them back through telecopies, email or msn.

5.The reservation becomes effective, on the receipt of a copy, duly dated and signed by Travel Agent. Guests must be in possession of the original voucher on the arrival date. This original document must be forwarded to the reception upon check in.

6.Invoicing is set on the basis of the reserved services, the client is requested to pay the greatest attention to the following conditions of cancellations: the cancellations of all or part of the reservation must be addressed by writing to the Sahara Hotel.

7.No charges are applied for any cancellation at D-2. The pre-payment will be fully refunded.

Any No-show or a cancellation at D-1, will lead to the charges of a full overnight in compliance with the tariffs.

8.The settlement of extra charges (laundry, mini bar, telephone, bars, room service…)and other services requested individually by one or many participants, will be achieved by the concerned Guests at the Hotel reception before their departure.

9.On the brochures and flyer, the name of the hotel should be mentioned as follow: Hotel Sahara Agadir, Its classification being*****(5 stars).Each insertion should be validated (in terms of text and photographs) by the management of the Sahara Hotel.

10.The Guest promises to respect all the rules and provisions of the hotel.

11.The Guest cannot cater from outdoors, neither drinks nor foodstuffs.

12.The Guest agrees to restrict his invitations to people whose behaviour is not going to lead to any damages endangering the establishment.

13.The Guest in house is responsible for all the damages produced and will accept in case of degradation to pay for the charges in order to restore the premises to their prior state.

14. To regulate your order, you choose the payment method from those offered by SAHARA HOTEL at the payment page. In this case, the delivery of the transaction to debit your account is made in the day following the date of delivery confirmation. Your payments are secured by Maroc Telecommerce that offers a fully secure payment service. The Consumer ensures SAHARA HOTEL that it has the required permission to use the payment method chosen by him, while validating the order form. If paying by credit card, the provisions relating to the fraudulent use of payment method provided for in the agreements between the Consumer and the card issuer between SAHARA HOTEL Company and its bank apply.

15.Proof of transactions paid by credit card: The data recorded by Maroc Telecommerce S.A. on MarocTelecommerce platform on behalf of SAHARA HOTEL constitute proof of all commercial transactions between you and SAHARA HOTEL.

16.Any dispute that may occur from the interpretation or the achievement of the present agreement will be submitted to the appreciation of the court in Agadir.
